Intradural pituitary transposition, intradural view. The pituitary gland has been fully mobilized superiorly into the suprasellar space providing direct access to the posterior aspect of the infundibulum, floor of the third ventricle, and the contents of the interpeduncular cistern, which include: basilar bifurcation, superior cerebellar artery, posterior cerebral artery P1 segment, posterior communicating artery, oculomotor nerve, mammillary bodies, and optic tract.
