Midsagittal view of Deep Cerebral Veins. The internal cerebral veins are visible inferior to the fornix and splenium of the corpus callosum, and superior to the thalamus. The internal cerebral veins as well as the basal vein of Rosenthal runs posteriorly to drain into the cerebral vein of Galen.
