The anterior skull base from the endonasal view. The dural fold of the limbus of the sphenoid is identified and separates the planum sphenoidale from the prechiasmatic sulcus. The posterior ethmoidal artery runs between the planum and the cribriform plate, while the anterior ethmoidal artery travels just behind the frontal sinus recess.
