Concurrent use of the mouth switch and the foot pedal is quite advantageous for advancing operative efficiency. You can see the surgeon in a relaxed posture. The mouth switch is used for slight vertical and horizontal movements so that the image is always in focus. Additionally, the foot pedal allows more motion along multiple axes without the use of the surgeon hands. This important advantage allows continuation of microsurgery uninterrupted. Thank you.
